Test and pre qualification

Pre qual almost anything, before it leaves the building.

We keep an unusually deep park of measurement and test equipment in house. That means designs are verified against the standards they will meet, long before the certified lab: failures are found in week two, not in the qualification campaign. Units ship tested to the levels of MIL-STD-461, 1275 and 810.
